SPICED Lead One-Pager
Turns a Jack website chat into the one-page SPICED summary we send the prospect with our lead response, signed by the MD who owns the account.
Example output for a fictional prospect. The real one is built from the prospect's own words.
Install
- claude.ai: open claude.ai/customize/skills and upload the zip.
- Make sure your HubSpot connector is connected. The skill reads the Jack transcript from the contact record.
- Claude Code: it ships in the
wbd-toolsplugin once the wbd-claude-plugins PR is merged.
Sasha publishes it to the whole org, so this manual upload is only needed until then.
Use it
Make a SPICED one-pager for jordan.lee@acme.com
Use the prospect's email or their HubSpot contact link. Claude does the rest and asks you for anything it cannot find, such as the MD's phone number.
What it does
- Reads the prospect's own messages from the Jack transcript in HubSpot. Jack's summary is only a finding aid.
- Signs the page as the account's MD owner, the company's Company owner in HubSpot.
- Adds one dated public fact about the prospect's go-to-market, or leaves it out.
- Writes Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical Event, and Decision, each with one question for the first call.
- Renders one page. In Claude Code it prints the PDF directly. In claude.ai you get the HTML and save it as a PDF from Chrome.
Rules it follows
- Critical Event is marked CE, never C.
- No price on the page, even when Jack quoted one.
- Nothing invented: no metrics, dates, headcount, or decision makers the prospect did not give.
- Gaps become questions. The page never says N/A.
- One page, no em dashes, warm and plain.
Read the page before it goes out. The skill checks itself, and you are still the last check.
Take it further
After the PDF goes out, ask Claude to create the opportunity: a HubSpot deal at 1 - Educate, named Company - Offering, with a placeholder amount from the closest offering's list price and a description that says what the prospect asked for and when the one-pager was sent.
Built September 2026. Questions: Dan Smith.
